Once again thank you for this beautiful work, Song of the Self Belvaspata. (You can find it here: Nov 4, 2011 Belvaspata post or here on Almine diary.) I had such excitement to start doing it and the result was so wonderful. For the first time in weeks I feel grounded again.
A few of our students, including myself, have done Belvaspata “Healing of the Heart” for each other for the past 30 days and so much change has happened for many of them – can’t wait to share with others!
