As we enter the year of 2012, perhaps the thought of trying some new things has entered your awareness. We hope that visiting this Belvaspata site is one of them for we intend to keep this a lively place of lively exchange and global family connections. Perhaps you may have read the page on this site for the benefits of vinegar…click here to read more or to revisit.
We’re delighted to share a recipe for Goddess Nectar (named for Almine) as she enjoys it for its flavor and benefits – we invite you all to try it.
GODDESS NECTAR
1) Take one 750ml bottle of San Pellegrino or Perrier sparkling water (preferably a glass bottle, no flavoring added.) This recipe can also be made with flat water.
2) Pour roughly 100 ml of the bottled water out of the bottle, into another container/glass (it doesn’t really matter how much, but enough so that the vinegar can be added to the bottle in a later step).
3) Measure 50ml of Apple Cider Vinegar (organic, with the ‘mother’ is preferred) into a measuring cup
(50 ml = 3.38140227 US tablespoons)
4) Add 5 ‘full’ pipettes- of liquid Stevia[1] to the vinegar.
5) Empty the measuring cup back into the San Pellegrino bottle.
6) Pour some of the water (from the glass) in the measuring cup to rinse out the vinegar + stevia mix.
7) Pour this last bit of liquid into the San Pellegrino bottle until it’s full.
8) Enjoy room temperature or chilled ~

[1] Alcohol-free NuNaturals brand is our preferred brand. We recommend adding 1-2 droppers of Stevia to taste to establish your own preference for sweetness.
