Ghosts of Christmas Past

What we nostalgically refer to as the Holiday Season can seem to be more like a runaway train filled with emotional triggers for shopping, buying, spending and even guilt, sadness, or depression. As masters of our own personal Universe, we can empower ourselves by choosing those activities which bring us joy, such as time spent with family, baking, cooking, private time with a good book (or Kindle) under a snuggly blanket during the ‘long winter’s night’, a walk in the snowy woods or just ignoring all the traditions. If we enjoy getting a ‘special gift for someone special’, we can create the choice of thoughtful consideration of the special gift; we can even make the gift ourselves. We can volunteer at a shelter, cook meals for those in need or just do nothing and feel grateful for time off from work.
“A Christmas Carol”, the holiday story by Charles Dickens that many read to their children each year, (or watch as a movie or a play),  features ‘the ghost of Christmas past’, who sports chains and looks a bit worse for wear.  He shows up to visit the main character, Ebenezer Scrooge, to warn him of being miserly and miserable so he can get on with enjoying his life and ‘afterlife’.
Almine sheds light on the experience of  “Overcoming the Ghosts of Our Past” and she shares tips on the’ how and why’ of it, even to ridding your property or home of ghosts. It’s more practical than you might think! In the short audio with the unlikely title, “Isis, Luminous Squids and other Ghosts from our Past”,  Almine speaks about the cosmic and personal reasons for experiences that are occurring during our current cycle, the peak of ascension. Enjoy!
